Alright, you know the details. Let’s get on to the contenders of the romance novel contest.

Alanna Sullivan was a free spirit, daddy’s little girl and her emulation of Jane Austen was the center of her problems with men. After her father sets her up with one failed suitor after another, all local and successful men who would ensure his daughter would want from nothing. Her father, Admiral Marcus Sullivan, forces his daughter to be dependent and centered. To ensure she’d never be lonely like her mother, he established a ‘no sailor rule’ for ALL potential suitors. However, over time, he is clearly starting to run out of options and strikes that rule. He arranges for her to marry… a sailor, this time and one who appears successful in black and white. Albeit, this man has secrets that he must keep at bay in order to gain not only Alanna’s trust and her heart…but to regain what he had lost so long ago…with the notion that only her father’s fortune would have him set for the rest of his life. Yet, in the scheme of things, there is another who has admired her from afar and would go to great lengths to protect her from all things seemingly dangerous. Will Alanna accept the new suitor into her heart so easily or will she learn in time his schemes? Or will the other admirer prevail in taking her heart? Who will Alanna Sullivan fall, completely, perfectly, and incandescently in love with?
I just wanted to point out that the cover is beautiful. I love the colors and I think it gives off the vibe of what the book is probably like. Plus, in case you didn’t know, any mention of Jane Austen immediately grabs my attention.

I like the cover in this one too! It has a homey feel to it. It reminds me of the countryside. So, that makes me curious. Are you more of a country or city person?

7. My Noble Fight (The Royals Book 3)
- My Noble Fight
- The Royals Book 3
- C. R.
- October 6, 2020
- mobi or epub
My life is not perfect, in fact, it is in a huge state of disrepair. I have no one to blame but myself for that. Well, I should blame the man who dragged me into this muddy life. He certainly helped dirty it up.It’s time for me to start over again and leave that life behind. Get as far away from him as I can. Take my daughter and escape before he ruins us both. She deserves so much better than the life we’re trapped in.But while I wait for the right time to present itself, I find myself distracted by one very fine Prince. My screwed-up life has no place for this man, who has decided to get his nose dirty. He doesn’t even understand how dire my situation is, or the danger he is inserting himself into. And while I might like to see where it all could go if things were different, there is no way I’d risk dragging him down with me. My life has no room for a Prince. We are from two different worlds and I’d only taint him and his family. The problem I’m having, however, is the length he’s willing to go to prove me wrong. No matter how hard I try to warn him off, he refuses to listen to reason. The only way I see out is to do the unthinkable. This is my fight and I’m not about to let him sidetrack me. It’s time to do what I have to do. I can only pray he forgives me one day.**My Noble Fight is a novel that mentions the acts of physical and sexual assault, which I understand may be triggers for some. This romance novel is a work of fiction. It is about the healing of a woman determined to have a better life for herself and her daughter. I do not go into great detail, but I do discuss those matters, so you as a reader can understand the heroine’s strength. My goal is for my readers to celebrate her as a survivor, warrior, and as a champion for her daughter. Reader Discretion is advised.
Well this book has the color purple on the cover. I guess I’m sold! But there is one more book to go. So, keep going and then be sure you vote in this months romance novel contest!
